Kai Dailey studies and practices the beautiful Chinese art of Taoist Yoga under the exclusive tutelage and supervision of her teacher Taoist master Paulie Zink. She began her yoga practice and apprenticeship with Master Zink in January 2005. Billings and assisted with chi kung classes for cancer patients in the Hope for Tomorrow program at the Deaconess Billings Clinic. She continued her interest in community outreach in Spokane, Washington, offering classes at the following transitional housing and homeless facilitities: The Hope House, Miryam's House, and The Women's Hearth.

Kai is a certified, registered Yin and Yang Yoga teacher with The Yin Yoga Institute.  In 2009 she co-taught with Master Zink a week-long Yin and Yang Yoga teacher training workshop at the Kirpalu Center for Yoga and Health in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts.

She teaches private and group yoga lessons and chi kung classes in Santa Barbara, California.
